We are required to request some personal information from our customers on booking an apartment. Home Online Spain SL guarantees all rights related to our users' privacy in accordance with EU Directive 95/46/CE on the Protection and Transmission of Personal data.

We offer four privacy guarantees:

  • Secure form. Home Online Spain SL uses the latest security technology to avoid acquisition of our customers' details by a third party. The SSL encoding protocol encrypts information exchanged between our system and our users.
  • External payments. Home Online Spain SL DOES NOT have access to customers' credit card numbers. Customers make payments directly through the Banco Popular Español or PayPal. These companies use the lastest security measures in electronic data transactions.
  • comunicaciones. Home Online Spain SL OK Apartment Limited will only send its newsletter to customers who have given their permission.
  • Data protection. Home Online Spain SL will never modify, copy, distribute or sell any of the information provided by our customers.
