Of Benedictine origin.The monastery was consecrated in the year 887, even though the current building is Romanesque from the 11th century.
The church has a Latin cross plan, with single nave and three apses, the central chapel has an ambulatory.
Three arches from the former 12th century cloister are preserved.
Timetables: 1 March to 30 April and 16 September to 31 October, 10am-2pm and 4-6pm. 1 May to 15 September, 10am-2pm and 4-7pm. 1 November to 28 February, Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm. Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-2pm and 4-6pm.
Entry fee: General admission: €2 Reduced: €1 (groups, minimum 13 people).
Free: children under 10 years.
