The museum's gem is the Creation tapestry (12th century). In its collection there is also an outstanding illuminated copy of the Commentary on the Apocalypse by Beato de Liébana (10th century), along with a statue of the Catalan king, Peter the Ceremonious.
Timetables: 1 November to 31 March, Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-7pm. 1 April to 31 October, 10am-8pm. Sundays and public holidays, 10am-2pm. Closed: Mondays, 1 and 6 January, Easter Sunday, 25 and 26 December.
Entry fee:General admission: €3. Reduced: €2 (over 65s and students, with ID); €1.50 (groups, minimum 10 people); €0.90 per person (school groups and children under 16 years). Free: children under 7 years; Sundays, all year round, 10am-2pm.
